Enrolled school prior to Horizon West Middle is an OCPS School


Once you have printed all the necessary documents and completed and printed the registration packet,
you will be able to schedule a registration appointment to register here at the school.

Your appointment slot is for ONE child.
If you have multiple children registering at our school, you will need to schedule multiple appointment slots.
 

When you are scheduling the Registration Appointment,
if there are not dates or times available,
please contact our Registrar, LaSaintee Curry by email 100366@ocps.net 
and she will try to accommodate your appointment request.

Please pay special attention to the requirements for Verification of Residence and Verification of Guardianship. For some families, it may be necessary to visit the Office of Student Enrollment to receive the proper documentation BEFORE registering here at the school.
