Withdrawal

You will need to print and complete the Withdrawal Request Form,
 prior to scheduling an appointment with the school’s registrar.

Your appointment slot is for ONE child.
If you have multiple children to withdrawal at our school, you will need to schedule multiple appointment slots.
 

When you are scheduling the Withdrawal Appointment,
if there are not dates or times available,
please contact our Registrar, LaSaintee Curry by email 100366@ocps.net 
and she will try to accommodate your appointment request.

Bring your completed paperwork and a government issued ID to your appointment or email it to 100366@ocps.net prior to your appointment.
